The Castle Course is the newest addition to the St Andrews Links family, offering dramatic clifftop golf with sweeping views over the North Sea and the historic town. Opened in 2008, it blends modern design with rugged Scottish beauty, challenging players with undulating greens, bold bunkering, and coastal winds. Located beside the Old, New, and Jubilee Courses, it’s an enjoyable and often underrated part of the St Andrews golf experience.

The Jubilee Course is widely regarded as the toughest test at St Andrews Links. Originally opened in 1897 for beginners and ladies, it was later redesigned into a true championship links. With narrow fairways, dunes, and exposed coastal winds, it challenges even the most experienced players. Running along the coastline beside the New and Old Courses, the Jubilee delivers a pure and demanding links experience with spectacular sea views and all the strategic complexity St Andrews is known for.
